F.C. Restaurants, Venues Welcome Customers During Storm Tonight

A survey of Falls Church restaurants and venues by the News-Press this afternoon has determined that, in almost every case, all plan to remain open in defiance of Hurricane Irene tonight, some offering specials or specially-named drinks to honor the weather event.

Among all those contacted, only two hesitated about their plans, noting that power outages could interrupt their business. The State Theater urged customers to check its web site if there are any changes from current plans to be open.
