Postponing to mid-September an original July request to approve a sub-division of property at 610 Fulton Ave. in Falls Church, the Falls Church Planning Commission, with its split vote drew evident frustration from the owner of the property Monday.
A majority on the commission concurred with member Bob Loftur-Thun who proposed a short delay in the approval pending a further exploration of whether or not a construction firm specializing in work on historical homes could be found.
