Jody’s Jam of the Week: Mad Fox Brewing One Year Anniversary Celebration

This week marked the first anniversary for one of the City of Falls Church’s biggest coups. Mad Fox Brewing Company turned one on Tuesday and it’s my hope they’ll celebrate countless more birthdays in the years ahead.

The beer geek mecca that is Mad Fox could of gone anywhere in the NoVa area (I hear Vienna was a near-miss), but they ended up bringing their ridiculously good brew and grub here to F.C. and we are all better for it. This Saturday, you can party with the Fox crew during an all-day celebration featuring a 10-hour Happy Hour, multiple keg tappings, a band and an extra-hour worth of revelry as they push back closing time. They’ll also have some special eats on tap including carmelized onion and bleu cheese tarts with creme fraiche, crab stuffed trout fillets, sausage rolls with curry ketchup and many others I can’t type out because drool is shorting out my keyboard.
