Fairfax County Crime Solvers is still asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspect who murdered a 19-year-old woman one year ago on Sunday, June 27, 2010. Police were initially called to the area of Arlington Boulevard and Williams Drive at 3:34 p.m. for a reported vehicle crash. Officers located a 2008 two-door Toyota in a ditch off the south side of Arlington Boulevard. Vanessa V. Pham, of 6700 James Lee Street #138 in Falls Church, was deceased inside the car with trauma to her upper body, not consistent with the crash.
