F.C. Police Arrest Credit Card Burglar

City of Falls Church police arrested Francisco Graciela Hernandez Tuesday, June 14, on burglary and theft charges.

Police responded to a Falls Church City residence on Hillwood Avenue on February 11, for a report of a burglary. Police say Hernandez allegedly stole various items from the home including a purse with credit cards.

F.C. detectives investigated several leads from the case after Hernandez made fraudulent purchases throughout the area using the stolen credit cards.

Hernandez, 30, of 5122 Lincoln Ave. in Alexandria, was charged with burglary, credit card theft and grand larceny. Hernandez is currently incarcerated in Prince William County jail on unrelated charges.

F.C. police advises citizens to lock their doors and secure all belongings when left unattended. Suspicious activity should immediately be reported by calling 703-241-5050.
