Thomas Jefferson Elementary School fourth-grade student Aidan Clark has been named the Safety Patrol member of the Year. Aidan and his parents joined Falls Church Police Officer James Brooks and teachers Steve Knight and Nathan Greiner for a luncheon with honorees from other schools.
