F.C. Third Graders Raise Funds for Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation

Falls Church third graders Rebecca Horovitz and Kate Rasmussen opened a lemonade, watermelon and home-made cookie stand in May that raised $137.50 for the Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation.
