Margaret Ellen Lipman, an Echols Scholar and senior at the University of Virginia, was inducted into the Virginia Chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa Society on April 30.

Margaret Ellen Lipman, an Echols Scholar and senior at the University of Virginia, was inducted into the Virginia Chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa Society on April 30. Phi Beta Kappa is the nation’s oldest and most prestigious academic honor society. Lipman, a graduate of George Mason High School, was the 2007 recipient of The Falls Church News-Press Annual Scholarship.
