F.C. Students Get Advanced Degrees from Virginia Tech

The following Virginia Tech graduate students were among those honored at the university’s fall commencement ceremony held Dec. 17, in Cassell Coliseum. In all, approximately 1,079 graduate students were recognized during the Graduate School Ceremony, along with their families and friends.

Hui Cheng received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in genetics, bioinformatics, and computational biology from the Graduate School.Carol Felderman received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in curriculum and instruction from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.David Walls received a Master of Natural Resources degree in natural resources from the College of Natural Resources and Environment.Jade Alvey received a Master of Natural Resources degree in natural resources from the College of Natural Resources and Environment.Daniel Hogan received a Master of Information Technology degree in information technology from the Graduate School.Michael Judge received a Master of Business Administration degree in business administration from the Pamplin College of Business.Jeremy Sewall received a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree in urban and regional planning from the College of Architecture and Urban Studies.
