On Tuesday, May 3, the Falls Church City Economic Development Authority is hosting a presentation on Arlington’s streetcar initiative by Stephen Del Guidice, Arlington County’s Transit Bureau Chief.

The presentation will take place at 7 p.m., May 3 in the Dogwood Room on G Level at Falls Church City Hall (300 Park Avenue, Falls Church). The Streetcar system has the potential to provide the catalyst for significant economic development for the City, while minimizing traffic and other transportation concerns. Plans are already underway for the system’s implementation in neighboring communities including Arlington and Fairfax Counties.
