The Mason High School girls soccer team throttled Madison County 8-0 at home on Friday. Leah Roth had three goals; Claire Trevisan scored two goals and had an assist; Elle Silverman had a goal and two assists; Violet Miller logged a goal and two assists; and Camile Rice notched a goal and an assists.
In goal, Rebecca Moot snagged five saves, and Veronica O’Rourke tallied four saves.
The win improves the Mustangs to 4-4. The team has won its last two matches by a combine score of 15-0.
After a week off for Spring Break, Mason next faces Strasburg on the road on Tuesday.
