5 Nominated for F.C. Schools Support Staffer Award

Five Falls Church City Public Schools employees have been nominated for the 2011 Support Staff Employee of the Year award. Superintendent Lois Berlin and other school division leaders surprised each nominee with a bouquet of flowers and a copy of their nomination letters.

Five Falls Church City Public Schools employees have been nominated for the 2011 Support Staff Employee of the Year award. Superintendent Lois Berlin and other school division leaders surprised each nominee with a bouquet of flowers and a copy of their nomination letters.

The FCCPS Support Staff of the Year award was established in 2005 to recognize exemplary service to schools. The nominees are Marybeth Connelly, BIE/Community Outreach Coordinator, Central Office, Gabe Fernandez, Maintenance, George Mason High School; Monique Lane, ESOL Paraprofessional, Thomas Jefferson Elementary School; Leila Levesque, Student Information Specialist, Central Office; and Susan Machett, Literacy/ESOL Paraprofessional, Mount Daniel School.
