City of Falls Church Crime Report for Mar. 29 – Apr 4, 2011

Driving Under the Influence, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. On Mar. 29, 2:21 a.m., a male, 32, of Annandale, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Driving Under the Influence, 100 block S. Roosevelt St. On Mar. 30, 1:45 a.m., a male, 43, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Public Drunkenness, 200 block N. West St. On Apr. 1, 2:04 a.m., officers responded to the area for a report of an intoxicated man. A male, 31, of Fairfax, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Underage Possession of Alcohol, 400 block E. Broad St. On Apr. 1, 11:25 p.m., an officer observed a 17 year-old male staggering on a sidewalk. The juvenile, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Underage Possession of Alcohol.

Public Drunkenness, 130 N. Washington St. (Clare & Don’s Beach Shack) On Apr. 2, 12:44 a.m., officers responded to the restaurant for a report of an intoxicated man who was refusing to leave the restaurant. A male, 36, of Fairfax, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Driving Under the Influence & Driving While Suspended, 100 block N. Lee St. On Apr. 2, 1:54 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a female, 32, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Driving While Suspended.

Urinating in Public, 201 S. Washington St. (7-Eleven) On Apr. 2, 3:20 a.m., an officer observed a man urinating in the parking lot. A male, 25, of McLean, was arrested for Urinating in Public.

Unlawful Dumping, 6701 Wilson Blvd. (BP Service Station) On Apr. 2, 2:21 p.m., an officer observed a parked limo bus with its septic sewage being dumped into the drain. The bus driver, a male, 78, of Washington, DC, was arrested for Unlawful Dumping.

Public Drunkenness, 6763 Wilson Blvd. R3 (V3 Club) On Apr. 3, 1:57 a.m., an officer observed an intoxicated man in the parking lot. A male, 29, of Germantown, MD, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and Driving Without a Valid License, 800 block W. Broad St. On Apr. 4, 1:23 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a 15 year-old female, did not have permission to drive the vehicle. The juvenile, of Rockville, MD, was arrested for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and Driving Without a Valid License.

Narcotics Violations and Public Drunkenness, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Apr. 4, 11:19 p.m., an officer observed an intoxicated man who had crack cocaine in his possession. A male, 44, of Arlington, was arrested for Possession of Crack Cocaine, Marijuana and Public Drunkenness.
