Ellen Jean Selby of Falls Church was elected vice president of the 2011-12 Student Government Association Executive Council at Mary Baldwin College. She will be a senior next year.
The committee is composed of the president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and the chairwomen of the Honor Council, Judicial Board, Residence Hall Association, Baldwin Program Board, and Student Advocates. The committee suggests SGA policy, coordinates other of the branches of student government, appoints and approves other student positions, and acts on Senate legislation.
