Deadline Nears for Filing MCC Nominating Petitions

The filing deadline for the McLean Community Center’s 2011-12 Governing Board election is 5 p.m. on Friday, March 25. Residents of Dranesville Small Tax District #1 who are interested in running for a seat can still enter the race.

The board sets policy and provides general oversight for MCC facilities, which include the Robert Ames Alden Theatre and the Old Firehouse Teen Center on Chain Bridge Road. MCC is located at 1234 Ingleside Avenue.
