Real Estate Tax Relief Available for Some F.C. Residents

Real estate tax relief is available to income-eligible seniors and individuals with disabilities, who live in the City of Falls Church, through the City Treasurer’s Office. The deadline to apply is April 15.

Real estate tax relief is available to income-eligible seniors and individuals with disabilities, who live in the City of Falls Church, through the City Treasurer’s Office. The deadline to apply is April 15.

To qualify, applicants must be residents of the City of Falls Church as of Dec. 31, 2010, and must be at least 65 years of age or totally and permanently disabled. Income and asset limits apply.
