Marshall High Names New Soccer, Tennis Coaches

George C. Marshall High School announced this week the hiring of two new head coaches.

Mac DeShazer, a Woodbridge High School alum, has been named head coach of the school’s girls tennis team.

DeShazer is a George Mason University graduate, and previously coached varsity boys tennis at Osbourn High School where he also a taught physical educaiton.

Wednesday, Marshall announced the hiring of William Bak as its new boys soccer head coach. Bak comes to the Statesmen with 20 years of coaching experience, having coached house league teams, clubs and seven years at the high school level. Most recently, Bak was James Madision University’s preseason goalkeeper coach.
