Bank staff, led by Branch Manager Marina Lubbers, gave the boys of the tour of the vault, showed them the coin-counting machine in the bank’s lobby, talked about the importance of saving and the fun of spending, and presented the boys with Burke & Herbert piggy banks. The boys were most interested in knowing how strong the door to the vault was, and whether they were going to be able to take home any money.
