The City of Falls Church Economic Development Office, along with the Board of Directors of the Washington Area Music Association, BMI, is sponsoring the 25th Wammies Award Show on Sunday, Feb. 20, at 8 p.m., at The State Theatre in Falls Church.
The City of Falls Church Economic Development Office, along with the Board of Directors of the Washington Area Music Association, BMI, is sponsoring the 25th Wammies Award Show on Sunday, Feb. 20, at 8 p.m., at The State Theatre in Falls Church.
For 25 years, the members of the Washington Area Music Association have shined the spotlight on local musicians, music business professionals, and music organizations who have achieved significant accomplishments within their field. The award show will include music and award presentations to hundreds of top musicians.

The pre-Wammies VIP Reception, sponsored by the Falls Church News-Press, will be held at Argia’s restaurant in Falls Church. An after-event party will be held starting at 11:30 p.m., with location and performers to be announced.
