Franklin Street Properties Sells Fairview Park Building to ING

Franklin Street Properties Corp., a Massachusetts based investment firm specializing in real estate, recently announced the sale of the 252,613 square foot building at 3150 Fairview Park Drive in Falls Church for $90 million.

According to citybiz real estate, the building was purchased by ING, the same entity that sold the building to Franklin Street for $73 million in 2009. The building is occupied in its entirety by Noblis, formerly known as Mitretek Systems (a MITRE Corp. nonprofit organization). For more information visit https://dcrealestate.citybizlist.com.
