Two members of Falls Church’s Boy Scout Troop 895, Christian Holmes, left, and Simon Farrow, right, were recently awarded the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Scouting. Less than two percent of Scouts become Eagles. The Court of Honor was held at Falls Church Presbyterian Church and was attended by their families, fellow Scouts and Virginia Delegate Jim Scott.
