Members will serve approximately one year, attending a total of 4-6 meetings, to develop a Community Energy Plan by June 30, 2012. The Plan will include recommendations for government and community energy consumption reduction targets and strategies to reach those targets. A technical team will provide support and guidance to the Task Force. Representation from the following sectors of the community is sought: Residents, Businesses, Academia, Energy Utilities, Energy Technology Industries, Nonprofits/Associations, and Faith Community. Other representatives from City government and schools, as well as select boards and commissions, will also participate.
