Chef to Give Demonstration at Farmers’ Market

Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel from Falls Church’s 2941 Restaurant will be featured at the Saturday, Nov. 20, Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration.

The chef will prepare butternut squash soup with apple and beet salad topped with quince. Items are sourced from Tree and Leaf Farms and Toigo Orchards.

The demonstration will take place from 9 – 11 a.m. at the Falls Church Farmers’ Market at 300 Park Ave.
