AT&T C/O BECHTEL Communications Inc. intends to file an application to modify/upgrade existing cellular telecommunications equipment at 803 West Broad Street, Falls Church, Virginia 22046. AT&T is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal regulation 37CFR1.1301 et seq, the National Environmental Policy Act and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation 36 CFR 800. The project referenced as “North Spring” will consist of the installation of three antennas inside concealment canisters with two RRH units and one distribution box mounted to antenna sled, three flush mount antennas, and equipment on a new 18 foot by 18 foot screened steel platform. An AT&T cable bridge will extend from the antennas to the equipment platform.
