Fraud, False Pretenses/Swindle, 600 blk Knollwood Dr, Nov 2, 12:34 PM, after taking a cash advance suspects failed to return to do the contracted home repair work. Suspects described as two white males driving a white Toyota and a red SUV, make unknown.

Assault – Simple, 6795 Wilson Blvd, #19 (Hai Lua Cafe), Nov 2, 8:55 PM, a male, 34, of Falls Church was arrested for Assault and Battery and Trespassing.

Drunk in Public, 100 blk N West St, Nov 4, 01:40 AM, a male, 57, of no fixed address was arrested for being Drunk in Public.

Smoking in a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd, #7 (Nha Trang Restaurant), Nov 4, 03:42 PM, a male, 51, of Arlington was arrested for Smoking in a Non Designated Area.

Larceny – Theft from Motor Vehicle, 300 blk N Washington St, Nov 4, between 11:00 AM and noon, a purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Drunk in Public, 900 blk W Broad St, Nov 6, 09:08 PM, a male, 57, of no fixed address was arrested for being Drunk in Public and for Violating a Protective Order.

Driving Under the Influence, 100 blk W Broad St, November 7, 02:28 AM, a male, 31, of Falls Church was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal.

Smoking in a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd (Eden Center), Nov 7, 09:36 PM, a male, 37, of Annandale was arrested for Smoking in a Non Designated Area.

Driving Under the Influence, 6950 Little Falls Rd, Nov 8, 11:56 PM, a male, 40, of Falls Church was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
