Man Shot in Shoulder at Stratford Motor Lodge

Falls Church Police reported a shooting at Falls Church’s Stratford Motor Lodge on W. Broad St. last Thursday. According to the police report, at 12:47 a.m. on Oct. 21, a 32-year-old male from Washington, D.C. was shot in the shoulder area and transported to the Fairfax Inova Hospital. The motive for the shooting is unknown, but does not appear to be a random act, police report.

No further information was provided as the investigation continues.
