Pumpkin loves school. And she’s lucky enough to go to work with her mommy, Rebecca Winner, who works at Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School (7130 Leesburg Pke., Falls Church). Winner is the Sign Language teacher at the school. Pumpkin was rescued as a puppy when she was just 6 months old from the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation (LDCRF). The organization’s website, www.lostdogandcatrescue.org, is full of adoption information. Pumpkin is happy in her forever home in Falls Church City and loves to visit the dog park.
