‘Post’ Cartoonist Galifianakis Holds Book Signing & Exhibit at ArtSpace

Falls Church native and well-known syndicated cartoonist, Nick Galifianakis, will be signing prints and answering questions from the audience at a “Meet the Artist” this coming Thursday at ArtSpace. His cartoons will also be on exhibit through Nov. 14.

Galifianakis, a Falls Church Arts member, is known for his work appearing daily in the popular Carolyn Hax column “Tell Me About It” in the Style section of the Washington Post.

ArtSpace (410 S. Maple Ave., Falls Church) will also be the first stop on his U.S. tour for his new book, “If You Loved Me, You’d Think This Was Cute: Uncomfortably True Cartoons About You.”

Galifianakis’ book signing will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11 at ArtSpace, while the “Meet the Artist” event is this Thursday, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. in the same location.
