On-Line Health Survey Conducted

The Partnership for a Healthier Fairfax, which includes the Fairfax County Health Department, is conducting a community wide health survey online through November 15. Everyone who lives, works or plays in the Fairfax community, which includes Fairfax County and Falls Church, is encouraged to take the brief anonymous survey by visiting www.fairfaxcounty.gov/hd/mapp.

Everyone who lives, works or plays in the Fairfax community, which includes Fairfax County and Falls Church, is encouraged to take the brief anonymous survey by visiting www.fairfaxcounty.gov/hd/mapp. “This is an opportunity for everyone to participate and make a difference in community health,” said Julie Knight, co-chair of the partnership. “We need to hear from the community about what is important, what our public health priorities should be.”
