Jazzercise (513 W. Broad St., #230, Falls Church) will hold a free exercise class this Friday, Oct. 1 from 5:45 – 6:30 p.m. as part of the City of Falls Church’s FIRSTfriday festivities. A free ice cream social of diet-friendly treats will follow from 6:30 – 7:15 p.m.
A $10 donation is requested in support of the Alzheimer’s Association, which Jazzercise will support by participating in the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk Saturday, Oct. 2 at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. For more information, call 703-533-7720.
