Some F.C. City Hall Offices Relocating this Weekend, Will Remain Open

Some Falls Church City Hall offices will be in temporary quarters this Friday thru Monday during a minor renovation and relocation project, but all of City Hall will remain open for business.

Signs have been posted on City Hall doors indicating how the public can reach staff in the offices in the West Wing of City Hall: the Development Services Department (development services counter, building safety, planning, and zoning), Environmental Services Department (including urban forestry), Housing and Human Services, Human Resources, and Real Estate Assessments.

Friday through Monday, the West Wing entrances will be closed so the public should use the City Hall doors on the East Wing (Little Falls Street) side of City Hall.  To avoid any inconvenience, the public is encouraged to call or email in advance. On Tuesday, Sept. 28, most offices in the West Wing of City Hall will be located on a different floor or different location on the same floor. Signs will be posted to provide directions.
