F.C. Council Upholds Denial of Petition to Demolish Historic House

The Falls Church City Council voted 5-0 to uphold a ruling of the City’s Historic Advisory Review Board to deny a petition to demolish the historically designated home at 311 Grove Avenue in the City. The Council found that the HARB ruling was legal and supported by a preponderance of evidence.
