Author, inventor and world champion skydiver, Scott Germain, is shown presenting, “Transcending the Fear Mentality” at last Thursday’s Falls Church Rotary Club meeting. Germain explained that skydiving inspired his research on the topic of fear, leading him to lecture and offer practical advice to help others overcome fear. He also signed paperback copies of his recent book, “Greenlight Your Life,” and his previous best-seller, “Transcending Fear: Conquering The Enemy Within.” In addition to lecturing at the U.S. Air Force Academy, he has provided his unique training on overcoming fear to U.S. Armed Forces, including U.S. Navy Seals Teams, and various other Special Forces Units, as well as to civilian groups.
