Marshall H.S. Cheerleaders Kick Off Food Dr

The George C. Marshall High School (7731 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church) cheerleading squads are sponsoring a food drive for the local food bank, with collections kicking off at the Statesmen’s first varsity football game of the season tonight, Thursday, Sept. 2 at 7:30 p.m. against Hayfield Secondary School. There will be a collection box at the gate.

The George C. Marshall High School (7731 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church) cheerleading squads are sponsoring a food drive for the local food bank, with collections kicking off at the Statesmen’s first varsity football game of the season tonight, Thursday, Sept. 2 at 7:30 p.m. against Hayfield Secondary School. There will be a collection box at the gate.

There will also be a collection box in the lobby beginning the first day of school, with the drive continuing through the first two weeks of school. Needed items include, but are not limited to, canned meats, canned fruits, pet needs, diapers, cleaning products, condiments and laundry soap.

Marshall H.S. cheerleaders will also be raising money for new equipment on Monday, Sept. 20 when they host a Ledo’s Night at Ledo Pizza (7510 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church) from 5 – 9 p.m.
