Falls Church Rotary Club’s speaker last Thursday was Rotarian, Scott Monett, Executive Director of the Quality of Life Plus Program, is shown with a prosthetic hand developed by his non-profit organization for an injured serviceman. His organization fosters and generates research and development of prosthetics and assisting devices to aid and improve the quality of life of those injured in combat.
