Falls Church notables, including Mayor Nader Baroukh and council member Robin Gardner, turned out to flip on the switch for Clare and Don’s Beach Shack’s new solar panels Monday night. The rooftop panels will serve as a green energy source for the restaurant, which also utilizes a recycling program and compostable or biodegradable to-go containers, among other green means of business operation.
