F.C. Sunset Cinema Lineup Announced

The City of Falls Church’s annual Sunset Cinema in the Park begins next month with three movie screenings, free to the public, at Cherry Hill Park.

This year, the seventh annual event will feature the movies “Tooth Fairy,” on Friday, Sept. 3, “Princess and the Frog,” on Friday, Sept. 17 and “Where the Wild Things Are,” on Friday, Sept. 24.

The screenings begin at 8 p.m. and popcorn, drinks and ice cream will be available at the screenings for purchase.

Cherry Hill Park is located at 312 Park Ave. in Falls Church. In the case of inclement weather, the screenings will be moved to the Falls Church Community Center gym.
