Joanne Harris, 79, died at the Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington on July 29 after suffering an embolism. Ms. Harris was one of the original owners of a condominium unit in the Winter Hill subdivision, and was on the condo association’s Building and Grounds Committee for many years.
