The Falls Church City Council entered into a brief recess at about 9:30 p.m. as the affordable housing coalition seeking to develop The Wilden said that alternative funding options to the one currently on the table may be available to it, but that it still needs Council OK for a modification to the terms of the March agreement to keep the project alive.
