McLean Rotary Initiates New President & Officers

At the McLean Rotary Club meeting on Thursday, July 8, former club president Paul Frank stepped down and welcomed incoming club president William Glenn Yarborough. District Governor Ron Marion attended the meeting to install the new members.

Robert Driver-Bishop was elected president elect, Cherry Baumbusch was elected secretary, Stanley Richards was elected club foundation president, Richard Neldon was elected treasurer, Sarvendra Agarwal will serve as sergeant-at-arms, Alan Greilsamer, Deborah Jackson and Tamara Mitchell were elected as directors and Frank took his place as immediate past president.

At the meeting, Yarborough presendent his 2010 – 2011 McLean Rotary Club Goals and Vision Statement, which focuses on service, fellowship, programs, membership, Rotary International, the McLean Rotary Foundation, youth and new generations. A strategic planning committee comprised of the president, president elect and president nominee has been established to develop a five-year plan for the club.
