Whole Foods Market is hosting “Health Starts Here,” a presentation and book signing featuring Rip Esselstyn, author of “The Engine 2 Diet” on Wednesday, July 28.
Inspired by his firehouse in Austin, TX, the author developed a 28-day, plant strong, lifestyle plan to help anyone lose weight, maintain cardiovascular health and reduce risk factors. The event includes prizes, samples, and a free “feed bag” from Whole Foods. The free event will take place from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Greenberg Theatre at American University.
