The report in last week’s News-Press linking the prospective opening of the P Club restaurant at the site of a former Bennigan’s in Seven Corners was incorrect in its attribution of ownership to the Paper Moon group that sought to move into the Eden Center earlier this year. The Paper Moon group, headed by Frazier Boyd III of Richmond is unrelated to the owner of the P Club, Mr. Tien Phan. The News-Press regrets the error.
