Arlington’s Alpine Restaurant Changes Ownership

After 43 years, Ermanno Tonizzo is retiring and selling the Alpine Restaurant in Arlington. His retirement was spurred by the economy and the retirement of two long time chefs.

After 43 years, Ermanno Tonizzo is retiring and selling the Alpine Restaurant in Arlington. His retirement was spurred by the economy and the retirement of two long time chefs.

The well-known Italian restaurant with tuxedo clad waiters and celebrity photos plastering the walls, will close temporarily and reopen at a later to be determined date under the same name. The Alpine is located at 4770 Lee Highway.
