Four McLean girls – junior Clare Nelson, senior Caitlin Baker, senior Dominique Graham and junior Ayom Izegbu (from left to right above) – won their 4 X 400 meter relay heat at the Penn Relays on April 22, beating teams from Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts. The McLean relay team set a new school record of 3:59.72 with the victory.
