Russ Wodiska, the manager of the Citizens for a Better City (CBC) slate of four candidates running for the Falls Church City Council in the May 4 election, issued a statement this afternoon denying a CBC role in two letters to the editor in the Falls Church News-Press this week that were critical of the contents of Michael Gardner’s “The Little City Weed” column in the News-Press. He also said, “I personally apologize for any appearance to the contrary.”
