After 10 years of trying, the Falls Church Housing Corporation finally won approval of a large affordable housing project tonight, with the F.C. City Council voting 6-1 (Baroukh opposed) on three measures to give final approval to a 66-unit senior housing project, The Wilden, in downtown Falls Church tonight.
