HONORED AT A CELEBRATION of the 15th anniversary of the Falls Church Emergency Winter Homeless Shelter Saturday night were Falls Church Mayor Robin Gardner (right), on behalf of the City government’s support for the center, and among the original founders and continuing dedicated volunteers Stan and Joanne Maughlin (center), pictured here with the Shelter’s board chair Ron Brousseau (left). The event was also an effective fundraiser for the shelter’s on-going operations.
