Patrick R. Riccards, the CEO of a Falls Church-based education policy consultancy, has announced his intention to seek the endorsement of the F.C. Citizens for a Better City (CBC) as a candidate for School Board in this May’s election. Riccards will bring his candidacy to the annual meeting of the CBC on Feb. 20.
