Behind 24 points from Lauren Kane, the Mason High School girls basketball team defeated Strasburg 71-58 at home on Monday. Chantal Thomas added 19 points and Nicole Mitchell scored 10 in improving the Mustangs’ record to 14-2. Mason returns to action on Wednesday at Madison County, and has its final regular season home game on Friday against Clarke County.
