F.C.’s Snow Removal Policy for Commercial Property
As a reminder to the local business community, Falls Church City’s snow removal policy for commercial properties calls for property owners to remove snow and ice from sidewalks surrounding the property within six hours of snowfall. If the snow fall occurs at night, businesses have six hours after sunrise to remove it without penalty. Snow and ice cannot be placed on City streets. Fines range from $100 to $750.
